This is, unironically, one of the best places to buy real estate - Surrounding metro population over 700,000 - Tons of jobs close - 7/10-9/10 schools - Starbucks every half mile - Shopping and dining densely packed within 10 minutes either way - 45 minutes from major metro (Cleveland) - Houses still under $250k EVERYWHERE

Lindsey Graham says they are going introduce legislation that’s going to authorize 400 million dollars to be spent on building the ballroom: We pay for it by offsetting it with customs fees. The sooner we get the ballroom built, the better it is for the country.

But the flaw in this whole fucking thing is if you remove the entry level staff, who becomes the managers. Who backfills senior leadership if no one ever starts as an associate. You have about 5 years before everyone ages out or quits and suddenly you have no team.
