Genuine question: what is the job of a police dog in this situation? Are they literally there just to maul whoever the police set them upon, or do they ostensibly have a less violent role?

What always scared me about Starmer was his only political conviction was police & prisons. Every other issue he flip-flopped on like an Atlantic salmon. No surprise that he's nowhere to be found as the country falls into chaos - he has no real ideas, no solutions, no vision.
