Reports now of U.S. strikes on Iranian-backed Popular Mobilization Front (PMF) positions in the Kirkuk area of Iraq. This follows reports that Iraq’s security council allowed PMF groups to respond to past U.S. strikes that eliminated key PMF decision-makers east of Ramadi.

The Israeli Air Force recently bombed two facilities in Tehran where Iran manufactured naval cruise missiles, the military says.
The IDF says the sites "operated under the direction of the Iranian defense ministry and were used by the regime to develop and manufacture long-range naval cruise missiles enabling the rapid destruction of targets at sea and on land."
The strikes were carried out following intelligence provided by the Military Intelligence Directorate and Naval Intelligence Division, the IDF adds.

A Hezbollah rocket-launching squad was targeted in an overnight airstrike after they fired projectiles at troops in southern Lebanon, the military says.
According to the IDF, an Israeli Air Force drone identified the operatives after they launched rockets at troops, and a short while later struck and killed them.
No soldiers were hurt by the rocket fire, the army adds.

A photo by Flash90's Yonatan Sindel shows the missile fragment, apparently a warhead, that struck Jerusalem's Old City on Friday.
According to the IDF, the Iranian missile was intercepted and fragments then crashed down. From the photo, it appears that a warhead remained intact following the interception.
