You can appeal a Judge's "Order."
The only "Order" she entered was the one resulting in Rule 11 sanctions and a referral of the matter to disciplinary authorities based on her findings.
THAT is what is being appealed.
That was the subject of her July 13, 2026 order.
The dismissal with prejudice is not being appealed.
And there is no jurisdiction over the issue of the settlement since its terms were never made part of the record of the case.
You can't appeal issues that are not part of the record of the case below.

In 1998, Serena and Venus Williams said they could beat any man ranked outside the top 200 in the men's division.
So, little known and 203rd ranked men's player Karsten Braasch took them up on the challenge.
Braasch after a night of drinking and smoking with zero practice, destroyed Serena 6-1 and Venus 6-2 in straight sets.
The Williams sisters are the greatest female athletes of all time. And they barely made Braasch break a sweat.
It wasn't because Braasch was very good. He wasn't.
But, as a male, he possesses biological advantages even the best female athletes can't compete against.
That's the very reason we established women's sports to begin with.
To even the playing field.
That shouldn't be controversial. And you shouldn't need a biology degree to understand it.

Let’s take it from the top again. Here’s the Democrat lineup going into the midterms:
- A diagnosed-bipolar Asian chick with a history of self-harm who’s been institutionalized in a psychiatric ward and overdosed on lithium, and wants to get rid of Thanksgiving.
- A guy who plays with a Dr. Fauci doll, proclaims his “love for trans kids,” and met his girlfriend at a gay bar.
- A guy who dresses up as a mechanic for fun, married his cousin, and knocked her up twice.
- A guy who frequents events where participants get pissed on in a kiddie pool while wearing assless chaps, whose claim to fame is lowering the age of consent for men to have sex with boys as young as 12, decriminalizing knowingly infecting others with AIDS, and supports allowing convicted pedophiles to run for school board.

The top 1% pay for 46% of ALL taxes collected.

The top 0.1% paid $440 billion in federal income taxes. The bottom 80% paid $350 billion. Yes, the top 0.1% paid more than the entire bottom 80% COMBINED. The tax code is already extremely progressive. Leftists know this. There’s almost nothing left to extract from income. That’s why they’ve shifted the target from income to assets. They now want to expropriate asset owners through property taxes and wealth taxes. But even then, total confiscation would only fund the government for a few months, while destroying the productive capital that generates future wealth. Essentially, they’re trading the future for a few short months of spending. And no amount will ever satisfy them, because the real goal is to forbid wealth creation itself. No one is allowed to rise above the lowest common denominator. But the truth remains that the government already has more than enough revenue. We have a spending problem, not a revenue problem.

The Quran is nothing more than the work of a 7th-century Bedouin, a man whose idea of paradise was shaped by the material desires of a desert warrior, not by divine wisdom.
If the Quran were truly from God, it would reflect eternal, spiritual truths, not a Bedouin’s fantasy of luxury filled with couches, tents, and drinkware.
Look at the absurdly primitive rewards it promises in paradise:
•Cups to drink from – “Therein will be raised couches, and cups set at hand.” (Quran 88:13-14)
•Carpets and tents – “Chaste maidens restrained in pavilions.” (Quran 55:72)
•Beds and couches – “Reclining upon couches lined with brocade.” (Quran 55:54)
•Leaning on cushions – “Reclining therein upon adorned couches.” (Quran 36:56)
This is not a vision of heaven, it’s the dream of a man who spent his life sleeping in a tent on the desert floor, bribing his followers with fantasies of silk cushions, goblets of wine, and women hidden away in luxurious tents.
Muhammad’s idea of paradise is nothing but an upgraded desert campsite.
Muhammad was motivating his jihadists, promising them the very things they lacked in the harsh deserts of Arabia.
He wasn’t offering a path to enlightenment; he was selling paradise like a merchant pushing luxury goods in a marketplace.
And of course, he didn’t stop at furniture and drink, he added virgins, rivers of wine, and young boys to serve them (Quran 78:33, Quran 76:19).
What kind of God promises sex slaves and alcohol as a divine reward? The answer is simple: a false god, invented by a man who knew how to manipulate warriors into dying for him.
Islam’s paradise exposes the Quran for what it truly is, not divine revelation, but the materialistic fantasy of a 7th-century Bedouin warlord who bribed men with couches and cups of wine to send them to die in battle.

I would guess that it’s more like a 90-10 issue. The small 10% of this country thinks the 90% of us should cow down to them because they are loud, obnoxious and whining all the time.
I respect both Sophie and Brian for standing their ground, and this from Urlacher who has a gay daughter himself.
You can be against things. You can still love someone and not agree with them or their perspective or their lifestyle. Like Brian said, stop pushing it in our faces. I agree with Brian 100%.

@DraggonFodder A quick google check indicates I may have conflated memories; Earl won a car twice for championships and hit 300 in a game in Japan in October 1971. I did see at least the ending of the Japan match, possibly as highlights during one the other shows he was in.

@DraggonFodder I saw him win a Cadillac on TV bowling in about 1972 or so, when he bowled a perfect 300 game - it was awesome! I think it might have been on ABC Wide World of Sports, but it was on a Saturday around lunch time, not sure which channel... Kudos to you also!

OK, I am 79 years old and bowled my first 300 game today. Even better, I did it in a senior league and most of my friends were watching me do this. I am still shaking, with a big smile. God bless America.
