@X why are you suspending my ORIGINAL @MikeSeebeck account when it was hacked three weeks ago and I've been trying to get it back while your support has been nonexistent? What is your problem that you can't get this properly fixed and instead double down on getting it wrong?

Big thanks to @Jack_Nerd1 for helping me recover my Gmail account. I had almost given up, but thanks to his patience and expertise, I regained full access. Truly appreciate the help! 🙏

Hi @elonmusk I have spent 3 hours going around and around in circles trying to log into my account after I requested a password change I finally got into my account on my computer. 1. X told me my phone number was not recognised first. 2. Finally it sent one text and I got in on a computer and confirmed the phone number which X had told was not valid, was valid. 3. Then I tried to log in on my phone. X did not send any texts so still logged out. 4. Tried the back up generated codes 6 times (both with spaces and without spaces). Told all the new codes were invalid. 5. Deleted the X app and reinstalled on my phone. 6. X tells me the new password which I know has been tried too many times and is wrong (on the first occassion) - and it clearly is not wrong. 7. Tried to take off the text message 2 factor as X sometimes send them and sometimes doesn't and told I cannot do so. So a waste of a morning - and circles including to X help when I could not log in at all - which say "Thanks for contacting us saying you cannot log in - to verify who you are please log in." Still not logged in on my phone even through I know the phone number, password, email and back up codes. Love X but something not right here!

I paid $650 for Meta Verified Premium because Meta promised enhanced support. Instead, my 12-year-old verified Instagram account with 200,000+ followers was permanently disabled by an automated decision — without a clear explanation, without a real appeal, and without meaningful human support. @tinakriisss was not “just an account.” It was my business, portfolio, income, client communication, paid campaigns and years of work. Meta asked me to submit my passport and selfie. I complied. One of my secondary accounts was restored, while my real main account was disabled for vague “integrity” reasons. For days, support has repeated that my case is “in progress” while I lose money, contracts and access to my clients.
