@SW_Help any updates on how taxis refunds are going on been waiting over a week now surely can’t take that long and you stated in your email will take up to 2 weeks so how much longer to wait

@SW_Help Ok I’ve tried calling but both times I’ve had to wait over 30mins which is unacceptable I understand to potentially be waiting a bit but not 30mins I have work so it’s hard to eat long just for a 30sec chat

@SW_Help how long till I get my taxi refunded I’ve been waiting a week and half now it’s a bit long especially as I’m in need of the money back also I’ve tried calling customer service but have had to wait 30min twice so I just hung up need to sort out the wait time

@SW_Help hi me and my friends are going to Basingstoke tonight as we booked tickets to watch a movie at the cinema we are getting the train there but obviously they are now screwed if we book our train tickets now can we claim back a taxi through the SWR website
