Yes, Ant was frustrated by how last season ended. But he has also already won a lot here and believes in his teammates and the org to keep upgrading. He's under contract for 3 more years. Orgs are always on the clock with star players, but Wolves have time here.

For the aggregators and people worried about Ant leaving… this is the guy that literally wrote the book on Ant… I would value this over opinion over everyone else’s. Also Chris is literally hurting his own book sales by saying Ant is happy. Think of how many books he could sell if he said “Ant wants to team up with LeBron and Luka in LA” Chris 🤝🤝🤝 doing the lords work my friend

Need to sit and actually formulate thoughts but people need to understand all these trades aren’t apples to apples. Going back to Rudy trade, KAT trade, etc, there is a longer game to be played. A lot of financial and transactional factors to consider. Let it all play out.

Anybody who actually thinks the entirety of the Randle deal was purely a salary dump and the Wolves have nothing else in the works with the extra $$ and new trade exception needs to go put the entirety of their head into a bucket of ice water for a quick min.

A quick word on Julius Randle: He was one of the best players in the playoffs through the first 2 rounds last season. He really enjoyed living here and had some great moments. A tough ending against Spurs, but I enjoyed getting to know him and see his family embrace being here.

Reagan is rolling over in his grave. Iran’s nuclear ambitions were not curbed, and they have learned that threatening the Strait of Hormuz works and will undoubtedly leverage it in the future. Now, Iran gets to build brand-new infrastructure under this deal. Before the war, the strait was open, Iran was being crushed by sanctions, and 13 service members were still alive. Now, 13 Americans are dead, families have paid billions at the pump, sanctions will be lifted, and the bombing has stopped. This is the worst foreign policy blunder in decades.

We always try to pick things from championship teams as trends for other teams and while this Knicks team was simply a team of destiny, I hope players taking pay cuts to help fill out a roster around them is the trend that comes out of this (it won’t be).
