The one vice I really struggle with is food. Takeaways, I love all types of takeaway food. The one thing that has helped me is, whenever I feel like I am on the verge of cracking and ordering or collecting a take out, I work out what I would get, and that cost, i just transfer it to the 212 account and send a buy order for that cost. It really has helped me, as the money is gone, so I can't buy one, but I get a dopamine hit from seeing my account increase, even if just off £12. I strongly recommend this to those to help overcome their destructive spends
