I have double mutations on my CYP17A2 T-34C gene which means that the testosterone in my body aromatises into oestrogen at a significantly higher rate than most men. So in a way I sort of am taking both by taking exogenous testosterone as part of my HRT to offset my naturally low testosterone. The benefits for me is that I get increased muscle mass, increased libido, increased energy, and an increase in good mood from high testosterone and nice skin, nails, hair, and neuroprotective and cardioprotective benefits of high oestrogen.

That’s a very good point, I wasn’t aware E2 levels effected IGF but I’ve definitely ‘crashed’ it from the cut I just finished where I went heavy on the mast, nolva, and adex. I have a bunch of hormonal genetic defects so naturally have low testosterone and very high estrogen for a male but don’t get any of the side effects like gyno, mood swings, acne, etc. The only way I can get it under 200 pmol is by lowering test to TRT levels, take 1mg of arimidex a day, and at least 400mg of mast/primo per week. But then if it goes between 150 like it has a few times I get bad brain fog, very creaky joints, and feel like I’m on an antidepressant in terms of emotional flatness.

Can someone please explain to me how someone gets 8 hours of sleep, 10,000 steps a day, goes to work, maintains good hygiene, cleans their house, exercises, takes care of their animals, and has time for hobbies and socializing?

As I have said many, many times now, young people only exist to subsidise a class of selfish old people who are the ones who fucked up the system in the first place. Until everyone accepts this, and accepts that they are slaves to a class of people who will never pass on the flame, it's unlikely anything will change. The government doesn't exist to serve you, it exists to serve their own interests, and since they are predominantly old people, they will serve old people. Across the West young people can barely afford shelter and cannot afford kids. The (generalised) response to this from boomers is typically two fold: 1. 'It was hard back in my day too' - comparatively, no. So this is objectively untrue. 2. 'When am I going to have grandkids?' - well, maybe if you're willing to sacrifice the wealth you stole from the future, that might help your own kids not be a financial slave to banks. The West is heading for extinction because funds are being siphoned from the future - young people - to people who are on death's door to keep them alive for a bit longer and help them have a better retirement. We can say 'it's not all boomers!' all we want - that misses the point entirely. The fiat monetary system, human nature, demographics and incentives ensures that ALL your money is going to a class of people who are dying. Is that a society that makes any sense? No, it's an inverted, immoral one, that is guaranteed to perish if nothing changes. Because these same people grew up in a generally tolerant multicultural society where the number of immigrants was so minuscule that social cohesion was maintained, they are also unable to change their mental model of how the world actually works now. So on the immigrant question their default stance is basically 'we never had this problem growing up! I know lots of Asians, Indians and Africans, they're fine people!' They are unable to see beyond their lived experience and assess reality for how it currently is rather than how it was. And because of that, their countries are on the verge of bankruptcy and likely eventual war.
