@JacobsSnacks just opened a packet of your Cheddars and yet again the first 6 biscuits are broken. This is not the first time. Your running the wrapping machines too fast or they are not properly adjusted. I hope you will take note. I don't like the mess made by broken crackers.

@JacobsSnacks well I’ve tried contacting pladis via Twitter & Jacob’s fb private msg but have had no reply. I am very disappointed as I disturbingly found what looks to be bone or tooth in my mini cheddars! I have photos and the reminder of the pack.

@JacobsSnacks I thought the small twiglets were just for Christmas but I've just bought a normal sized bag and they are all the tiny ones. Is this a mistake or is this permanent? First world problem but I'm not happy about this...
