@lufthansa @lufthansa both your website and application, are not allowing me to reschedule my trip. Additionally, I've been unable to reach any representatives from your customer service team via phone. This has been quite frustrating, and I urgently need to modify my travel plans.

@Saudi_Airlines unfortunately we experience the same bad service every time we fly on Saudi airlines. The worst service ever given from the ground support team.
