A great talk by @zannaspark talking about the impact of neuropathic pain in people experiencing #CIPN, and the importance of understanding neuropathic pain in order to optimise treatment strategies! #MASCC23

So many great talks at the #AHMRN satellite meeting! Was delighted to share my work on the role of the #gutmicrobiome in #bortezomib induced pain! First time presenting in person at a domestic conference ✅ thanks to all that organised 👏🏼 @microbiome_net

Does anyone have any recommendations for online courses (preferably free) to learn about R? I am ready to #code! #Rprogramming

@JacquiScott0 Intersect Australia offers some great R and python courses! Delivered through UofA. swirl() is also a great one to work through R basics too! Once I had the basics, the way I learnt was by finding libraries and going through the guided tutorials with example datasets

In other news... check out this preprint for new Guidelines for Reporting on Animal Faecal Transplantation (GRAFT), which provides recommendations for making reproducible protocols for #FMT. Thank you @hannahrwardill for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this!!🤓
Dr Hannah Rose Wardill@hannahrwardill

Ever tried to plan an #FMT study and had a hard time finding reproducible protocol in the literature? Well, I did! So me and my team did something about it! See our #preprint here for the new GRAFT recommendations - Guidelines for Reporting on Animal Faecal Transplantation.
