I met with @OpSmileUK last year at an event with impressive LA cleft surgeon and Vice President of @operationsmile Caroline Yao. I said I would love to see their work in practice and they made it happen. Delighted with my @TheLancet piece on their work in Peru.

@British_Airways Ok well lots of people are hi-jacking this incident and attempting to scam people. My bag is still at Heathrow with no updates as to likely chance of getting it to Geneva. What should I do? I will run out of clothes again after tomorrow, when I start working at @WHO events

Hi @British_Airways I am moderating at the same conferences as @shiulie_ghosh in Geneva and my bag is also ‘missing’ except I can see exactly where it is in the same spot I left it in T5 yesterday. I have had to spend £800 to get like for like outfits for my work.

I am moderating eight panels at the @worldheartfed Summit and the @WHO World Health Assembly over 6 days and I need my bag today otherwise I will need to buy more outfits to offer a professional service to my clients, quite apart from toiletries etc.
