@foodbehindbars @HMPBristol Love the idea of this! I did a 'round the world' event last year whereby prisoners had stands to highlight their heritage clothing, music and of course food to staff. Education on diversity is so important. Hope the event is a huge success!

Excited to launch Cooking From My Culture next week - a cultural cooking programme designed around heritage, diversity & global food 🌎 We’ll begin 3 days of cooking with a group of BAME prisoners @HMPBristol who’ll prepare a lunch for staff, showcasing food from their heritage.
