@OlaElectric Don't you think old S1 pro models shall also be given the extended warranty of 8 years. It feels really bad that I purchased OLA S1 pro 2nd Gen 2 months back and also purchased an extended warranty for 2 years. Still I get a warranty for 5 years only.

How was the certificate produced when the vehicle wasn't in Ahmedabad? Moreover, if the vehicle is present, why isn't anyone from the Ahmedabad office or Bavla depot aware of its location? This situation appears to be a case of fraud committed by your team against me and the RTO.

The vehicle was booked on 28-Oct-2023 with a commitment to deliver by 20-Nov-2023. However, by the promised date, the vehicle hadn't arrived, and the store assured me it would be delivered by 25-Nov-2023.

Ola Electric will be held responsible for canceling the purchase agreement, Loan agreement (L&T Finance), and Old vehicle transfer agreement (Shyam Motors). Ola Electric will also be liable for covering all charges related to cancellation and compensating me for mental harassment
