here's what i expect for eva's v3 changes: - ult and skill MVs nerfed - some optimization on energy gain - elation skill buffed - e1 in base kit - better e2 or e4 switching places with e2 these would make her kit have more synergy with elation sups

my gripe with sw999 and Eva is that their elation skills are genuinely so mid damage wise that it kinda defeats the point of them being part of the elation path
