You can childproof a home until they're old enough to avoid accidents.
You cant make criminal-proof laws, because people who plan on Robbing, Killing, and Raping dont care about adding on illegal ownership of a gun to their record.

The actions (not the religion) can be restricted under Article nine of the European convention, it is very clear, you have the right to religious freedom but not if it means breaking the law of the land and if it’s going to undermine the very democratic nature of the society. Then you can rein them in. A European democracy can restrict actions carried out in the name of religion if those actions threaten law, public order, or others’ rights.
