@chillwiththat__ @AceRedBand1t You gotta work with the hypotheticals to complete negate their arguments. Because indeed…there’s nowhere for us to go “back” to.

you aint got no job tommy!
This country would gladly go back to considering our black asses 3/5ths of a person so I really don’t get clamoring for the amerikkkan identity so much that you reject your ancestors are African.

I saw their posts and comments about us not being deported or bothered by ICE. I said in this African woman’s thread “where they gone deport my cousins too ? Down south with me ?”. She couldn’t conceptualize that WE and the Black Americans in other states are BLOOD RELATIVES.

@VT_Jizzy A practice which began all the way back in 1492…As a Black American. I can acknowledge that there is African DNA in my veins because the Slave Trade happened. But by default Africa would literally classify us as “Bi-Racial” or “Colored” because we come with EVERYTHING.

@JadePharr205 We didn't all have the same history after a certain point with the same root historical event that led to our arrival here before we converged off into separate histories was very much shared in the same

Quick Facts and Reminders about Basic History/ traceable information: Did you guys know that the “Five Civilized Tribes” owned black slaves during and after their forced removal from their lands? By 1860 they had over 8,000 black slaves. There’s no “Pretendians”, just erasure.

@MRIFree338800 These are the copper colored people of the Americas x.com/i/status/20082…

@VT_Jizzy We gotta think in context of a system that views humans as objects property to be owned. An industrial complex where insurance policies are placed on objects to be replaced if damaged.

@VT_Jizzy It’s why I put heavy emphasis on the Breeding Plantations that existed within this country. There was a point in time the shipment of slaves became more expensive than to just reproduce another one here.

@VT_Jizzy Then you add on top the context of “The Great Migration” (1910-1970) in America. From Black folks to the West, North, East, and South. We all have a connection to the point if I/ We were to date within our own community. We would need to take a DNA test with that individual.

@VT_Jizzy Then next there’s the “Virginia Racial Integrity Act of 1924”. One of many Nation Wide Acts that helped to reclassify a lot of Native American Tribes as “Negro” and “Black”. And a lot of that damage couldn’t be reversed.

@VT_Jizzy But that’s the ironic part because you’re arguing on a specific point too when Black Americans don’t all collectively have the same history. I can then turn around and mention the Black Seminoles “Trail of Tears”, or the “Black Masking Indians” in New Orleans.

@JadePharr205 Yes and you're absolutely correct the problem is these folks are not having that same argument they are saying black people are natives to the Western Hemisphere predating all other people they are making the claim to be the actual copper colored people

@akua_obeng42840 Majority American funded Movies on both sides. Your argument would’ve made more sense if the Benin people/ other African nations/ cultures payed for their own movies such as; “Woman King” to basically highlight their Slave trading Ancestors further. I’m all for it.
