early stream means early dinner ٩( ᐛ )و made a vodka & potato gnocchi one pan with stracciatella & fresh basil!

when i make it from scratch, i usually use - 1 carrot - 1 onion - 1 potato - 1 zucchini along with - chicken breast - white rice - golden curry block 1. chop up veggies then brown in a large pot with oil 2. add water to boil, then lower to a covered simmer finish cooking the veggies (most important is potato) until the veggies are cooked 3. add curry block (and i add gochugaru and black pepper to make it spicier) and stir until it's a sauce consistency 4. on the side, i'm prepping rice (just normal white rice) and i fry chicken in the air fryer 5. once the curry sauce is thick, serve rice then chicken then curry on top i also put sesame seeds on top because i have to get rid of them LMAO
