Good morning from the South Boston District court where there is a two party hearing today in the matter of @DoctorTurtleboy and his former girlfriend, Meredith O'Neil. Both Kearney and O'Neil sought and were granted individual, emergency abuse prevention orders against the other with the orders culminating with a two party hearing this morning to see if either, both or neither will be extended and for how long. I have checked in with the clerk and I will be live tweeting on this thread during proceedings. You can follow all of my in-the-minute updates here on this thread. Thank you for supporting my work.

Attorney Dildo has responded to Karen Read's motion for sanctions. He claims that he reached the conclusion that Read said "I'm dead, I'm fucking dead" because "other people heard the same audio available to the public online and interpret it the same way Diller did." In other words, the AFKR troll who sent it to him told him what Karen said and he blindly believed it. He calls it an "illogical phrase" for Karen to say "again, a-fucking-gain" on the recording. Clearly Attorney Dildo hasn't spoken to KR before. As the person on the other end of that phone call, I can assure you she said "again, a-fucking-gain," because she was pissed off at me for being "dragged in the mud with Tully", "a-fucking-gain," when they came to her house in January and took her phone. She blamed that on me, which is something we disagreed on. I'm sorry Meredith O'Neil did this to her, a-fucking-gain. I'm sorry that Meredith O'Neil gave all of Karen's text messages to something Krusty Panties, a-fucking-gain.
