@Jafisha1 @2teagan2 ? I think per capita definitely does apply here. Why do black households participate in welfare 6-8x that of whites ? Even with DEI in place, blacks are failing out of college and remaining unemployed to mooch off whites while loitering and committing assault, theft and, murder
