@JagexBeans I've been playing for 15 years with a clean record, and the activity I was caught doing had a real life explanation that is not of importance. I just skipped on a few levels, which was of course unacceptable. But permanently unacceptable 😔? (2/2)

@JagexSupport Then we still have a problem, how do you protect an account that has already been hacked due to recovery ? (Not talking about phishing or keylogging). Same answers, same recovery. Those accounts will never be safe, and the fact you can remove the authenticator so easily is a prob
