I would recommend you to change the password of your e-mail and RuneScape password on a different device (such as a mobile phone) to secure these first and then perform a scan on your computer. @JagexSupport Hey I have a 4-5 year old account with an email that I lost access to like 4 years ago (I used a school email. Didn't think I'd lose access to it.) - Is there a way I can request getting the email changed? Idc if the username stays the same.

@WestonDavidPhi1 @JagexSupport Hey Weston, I'm afraid Jagex no longer uses e-mail addresses for account issues. The appeal process is the only way to recover the account. If your appeal was shot down, then it means that there was not enough information to confirm you as the real owner. Please try to add 1/2

@HoldMyStiX @JagexSupport Hey there! Unfortunately, Jagex does not process ban appeals on Twitter. You can find all the information you need on bans here: jgx.game/Ban-. I am sorry to hear that this has happened, but please be aware that any cheating will lead to a ban, even in other game modes.

@Saosiiin @JagexSupport Hey Nate, there has not been a data breach recently. Do you use different passwords on all ur accounts? It could be that the hijacker managed to get access through similar passwords. I would recommend you to activate 2 step verification. To see how, check: jgx.game/SecureEmail-

@JagexSupport Has there been a data breach or something? 2 of my accounts have been banned recently for macroing, one an Ironman with very minimal and insignificant stats, another my main. I've just appealed the ban for my main, the ironman however is literally for rs only..

@osrunescaper00 @JagexSupport Hey osrunescaper, sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but I'm afraid it is not possible for Jagex to rollback OSRS accounts. :( This is mostly due to the engine constraints found within this game. Check jgx.game/Rollback- for more information on rollbacks

@JagexSupport my accounts still perm banned And my perm ban appeal still has no reply?? How Long does it take? Got over 2b eoc 1.5b 07 on there and tons of hard work towards the skills!! How long does a response take I can’t stand the feeling of viewing my account banned

@Im_Ambro @JagexSupport Hey Ambro, I'm going to guess that the problem is the language spoken. Most of Jagex's CS team is English, which is why these reports will take some time. Please do continue to report the player though, as these reports enable Jagex to take action faster!
