So good. Before we lecture a kid for sleeping in class, forgetting a pencil, or missing school—pause. Maybe they don’t need a consequence. Maybe they just need a hug, a snack, or someone who sees them. Getting to the root of the problem is always the best way.

We had a great time cheering on our @Postma_Pumas this morning at the @CyFairISD Superintendent’s Fun Run!

Today it was “Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs” at @Postma_Pumas Elementary! Huge thanks to our PTO for the delicious lunch of meatball subs!!!! 😋

@DrBradJohnson I love using the HiNote app! It’s a fun, free way to send cute notes electronically when I don’t have paper/pen handy! 📝

Administrators. do you carry a post it note pad with you? Always be ready to write a quick note of thanks or inspiration to your staff! Even if you come upon an empty room, leave a note of thanks or how lucky their students are to have them as a teacher. Teachers do these for colleagues too! We all like to be recognized for a job well done! POP ( Post-its of Praise)
