@cibc you all need to do WAY better as a company that has been in business since 1867, I'm baffled at the fact that all of the other "Big 5" know how to schedule appropriate number of team members so that customers don't have to stand in line for 30 minutes. This is an "EVERY time i go to CIBC" situation at the Maple Ridge, BC location. Manager is great, I'll give her that. But management over the teller staff needs addressing.
