These are same people who come out and say Jains and Hindus are same of course before illegally taking over Jain temple and offering threats.
Sandeep Parswanath@sarpame

A Hindu Saint Sitaram Das Nirmohi has openly challenged the Jains , saying come to Girinar if you can ! Jains have accepted the challenge and 19-20 July — Save the Tirth movement starting from Ramlila Maidan, Delhi to Girinar is announced . This how Jains have to respond to threat after hindus have captured the holy site of girinar. let's know it's story. Girinar specific 5th peak (Neminath Shikhara) has documented Jain history going back centuries as Neminath’s moksha site, footprints worshipped by Jain ascetics. James Burgess, a British archaeologist who surveyed Girnar extensively in the late 19th century, documented that these temples are all Jain — built by Jain merchants & maintained by Jain communities for centuries. He recorded inscriptions commemorating donation by Jain shravakas The British-era ASI Annual Reports and Gazetteers of Kathiawad and Bombay Presidency clearly record: The temple of Neminath is the principal shrine on the hill and belongs to the Jain sect. Epigraphical Records Indicate Jain Endowment: Inscriptions dating from the 11th–12th century CE, cataloged by the British ASI, mention Jain donors and specific Jain rituals: In the reign of King Kumarpala, the temple of Neminatha was restored by Jain Acharyas. Gazetteer & Government Documentation : “The Bombay Presidency Gazetteer (1879) clearly mentions that Girnar is an ancient pilgrimage site for Digambar Jains. Jain pilgrimages end at Tonk on the 5th.” Until early 2000s: The footprints existed as ancient stone engravings. Jains worshipped them quietly (in line with their tradition of simple veneration). Official records and pilgrim accounts describe it primarily as a Jain moksha bhoomi. Hindus had broader mythological reverence for Girnar/Dattatreya, but no documented major structures, idols, or exclusive worship rights at the exact 5th peak. 2004 — The flashpoint: This is when the active, documented Hindu claim began in its current form. Hindu mahants/pandas installed an idol of Lord Dattatreya near the footprints and built a new shrine/canopy surrounding them. This led to immediate clashes, police complaints from both Religions, and the dispute going public. Jains describe this as illegal encroachment altering the site’s character. The issue escalated into court cases (petitions from 2013 onward, fresh HC notice in 2024). Organized “Dattatreya Girnar yatras” (subsidized/free group pilgrimages) gained momentum in the last decade . The Gujarat High Court is still hearing the Jain petitions for primary worship rights and removal of allegedly illegal structures. It's the right time to remember Virchand Raghavji Gandhi, defender of Jain tirthas against encroachments, taxes, or desecration. Girnar (especially the Neminath-related sites) falls under the same tradition of Jain advocacy for historical pilgrimage rights. Modern Jain campaigns for the 5th peak often invoke this legacy of peaceful, evidence-based assertion of Jain heritage at ancient sites.

Today the Indore High Court has delivered a historic verdict, the Court has granted the Hindu side the right to worship and has recognised the Bhojshala complex as belonging to Raja Bhoj. Dharm ki jay ho, Adharm ka Naash ho🚩 Jai Maa Vaag Devi🙏🏻

@ThisIsNJain @jain_revival @Indiato_BHARAT People change their colors according to situation. We never got true justice in Courts. Why is Girnar case getting delayed so much but other temple disputes get justice in judiciary very quickly

Bhojshala was originally a Jain learning centre. The statue found there-today labeled as Saraswati-was originally Jain yakshi Ambika, and the inscription on the statue itself clearly states why and for whom it was built. 13th century Writer Merutunga, in Prabandha-Chintamani, records that King Bhoja constructed 104 Jain basadis in his capital Dhara alone-all of which have been converted today. When inscriptions and texts explicitly identify the site and statue as Jain, why is an entirely different history being promoted as a Hindu temple? Does this mean Indian historians do not respect inscriptions and evidence-or is a particular group actively rewriting history and propagating false narratives, without doing any real work, just living off puranic storytelling . I won't name anyone. Everyone understands. #HistoryManipulation #Bhojshala #DistortedHistory #KingBhoja

Unbelievable from MP: What is clearly a Hindu temple, and what should have simply been given to Hindus, now turns into a Masjid on Fridays! And the irony is that the judiciary gives permission for the same. I am talking about Bhojshala: this Friday, on Basant Panchami, the campus will serve as both a temple of Maa Vagdevi and a masjid for Muslims, as per the court order. I had been there last year, the Muslims call our havan kund their wuzu khana; where we offer aahuti, they will spit water. We take our slippers outside, they walk with them inside our temple, walk over inscriptions, and more. Sharing an excerpt from my report:

@sarpame He even claimed both are one the same in media. In that case temple could have been Jain with equal access to Hindus right? But Jains are going to Supreme Court on monday claiming ownership challenging the order.

It high time Jains know how Hindus not only destroyed and took their basadis but also now are stealing their history too. This are images of Vāgdevī and Ambā/Ambikā from the London museum ! There are clear iconography of tirtankar yet the audacity of Hindus to claim it as theirs ! Jains are clearly not Hindus and it's high time every Jain clearly and loudly says so.

#WATCH | Indore, Madhya Pradesh: On the Bhojshala case, Advocate Priya Jain, representative of the Salakchand Jain, says, "... It's true that the High Court has also considered it a Hindu temple... When the British took the idol from here to London, they themselves accepted that there is a Jain idol in the museum, which is still mentioned on the stone inscription... The inscription clearly shows that there is a idol of a Jain Tirthankara... We have also presented evidence, which is the ASI report and all the evidence given by the Archaeology Department, that it is a idol of Jain Saraswati and Jain Vagdevi... Our fight right now is with the law; our fight is not with any Hindu or Muslim; our fight is with the law... Now we will challenge this in the Supreme Court... We want our rights to that very place, so we will challenge that..."
