Your homepage needs a QR code to take your customers directly to the app store. This was a slick design detail last year but now it's required. It's way too convenient for taking me from browsing on my desktop to using your app on my phone.

@Stammy I don’t get why if I’m scrolling down someone’s feed I can’t follow them by tapping more next to their profile. Why do I have to remember to tap on a single tweet? Gets me every time! I could use a magic wand for that

if i had a magic wand to change whatever i wanted on twitter, i'd do this the first day: - drafts? sync'd - polls? more options, longer strings, media support - videos? crop, not only trim. No time limit - photos? tweet > 4, mix vids/gifs/photos - web viewer to see vids larger

I’m also “at risk”, 35, got my appointment through UHN in 2 weeks and now wondering if I should get a doctor’s note or anything like that just to be sure?

@amythibodeau Very insightful! I’m wondering if figuring out a person’s motivator could be part of the 1:1 work between a person and their manager and serve as a guiding principle to empower that person. Being an IC I’d love it if my manager opened up such a conversation with me.

In my experience working with and managing humans, the best people care about doing great work first, but there's usually a secondary motivator. The most common self-motivators are in my experience are: money, status, recognition, adrenaline, or freedom.
