Insane @Chase keeps sending me in circles on the @IHGCorporate upgrade for my Chase sapphire reserve account. I can’t get my upgrade pushed through and the names both line up. I’ve wasted 17 hours on this now. I’m ready to cancel!!! Perks got worse and now this hellish process!!

@united another IAH to MGM delay courtesy of plane issues. Love the new direct flight but I’ve never had one of these flights go out on time and now we’re 2 hours plus delayed. @USDOT the consumer just has to sit and wait for this all day without the airline compensating at all!!

@Chase @IHGCorporate I’ve spent 10 hours trying to get my chase sapphire reserve status setup for IHG to Diamond but nothing works. I’ve spoken to both team at IHG and Chase. Neither can figure it out and I’m exhausted. I’m so close to canceling my card. Do better!!!

@united another one today. An hour and a half delay due to a maintenance issue for Houston to Montgomery. Can’t make it up. Flight was suppose to take off at 2:30 and we haven’t boarded yet. Can we not just delay every flight? This doesn’t happen in Europe. @SecDuffy

@united why do you give me 2 different reasons why a flights delayed??? You say it’s for customers trying to make a connecting flight but the pilot announces they have engine issues. So which is it and why are we delaying flights for other customer 30 plus minutes?

@united Sent and still no response. I missed important meetings today and I’m so frustrated. An hour delay fine but 2 hours is crazy. Perfect weather and all just the airlines fault.

@united what’s wrong with your flight from Houston to Midland. First plane issues then jet bridge issue and we’re just trapped on the plane. I was suppose to land at 9 and now I’m not even taking off yet. This is insane. Usually you’re better than this.

@AmericanAir how is it legal for you to have all of these delays. In Europe this never happens. Literally taking me over 9 hours to fly home from Montgomery when it’s a 9 hours drive. Fix this!!! Every month I’ve been dealing with this!!! @SecDuffy @PeteButtigieg

@AmericanAir doesn’t care about anyone. Flight attendants causing multi hour delays. How do you run this airline??? This is insane!!! @SecDuffy please fix this. The consumer shouldn’t have to suffer and sleep in airports due to the airlines own issues.

@AmericanAir you guys are awful. Flight delays not caused by weather again. Getting set to sleep in the airport again. How the heck can you not get anything right. Everything’s delayed you don’t care about us and find anyway to not reimburse us while I miss work because of you!

@AmericanAir @SecDuffy can you please hold airlines accountable. This is endless. Not only do I show up 4 hours early for TSA they can’t figure out the flyer times. They just told me no hotel available to passengers because this is weather related but the weather is fine.

@AmericanAir No you delayed the flight first because a plane came in late then the air traffic plus pilot hours was the problem. Never ending problems. The pilot literally told us he hit his limit. Get it together. You don’t care about people.

@AmericanAir cancelling flights for no reason. It’s insane how bad this airline is. How can you just continue to suck. I was just taking a flight from Houston to Montgomery and stopped in Dallas. This will take days when the weather is fine.

@AmericanAir lying about why they can’t fly. Really honorable airline. I can’t wait for United direct flights to Montgomery. People should be fined for how they treat customers and screw them.
