The #Bears have Braxton Jones, Theo Benedet, Jedrick Wills Jr., & Kiran Amegadjie all on the roster with LT experience, but I don't see any being the long-term answer. Bears might have to go LT early in the draft.

Bears coach Ben Johnson says essentially all options are on the table at left tackle after a “pretty serious injury” to Ozzy Trapilo. Could go short-term solution or long term. Johnson says it’s tough to predict how that position looks this season or over the next 5 years.

No comp picks for the #Bears for Ian Cunningham to the #Falcons as GM. Cunningham and Chicago felt they should’ve gotten them for a minority hire but the NFL clearly feels Matt Ryan’s presence as president of football over Cunningham nixed that.

ESPN sources: Bears Pro Bowl center Drew Dalman has informed the team that he is retiring from the NFL at age 27. Dalman left Stanford in 2021, and after four seasons in Atlanta and one in Chicago, he has made the sudden and surprising decision to retire.
