PGA of America today names Jeff Babineau recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism. Babineau will be honored April 8 at the ISPS Handa GWAA Awards Dinner in Augusta, Ga. Babineau passed away in Dec., 2024 at 62 after a distinguished career in golf journalism.

This is a targeting foul. The QB clearly no longer has the ball, which is obvious to the defender, making him defenseless. There is forcible contact to the head/neck area and it's with the crown of the helmet. It violates both targeting rules.
