@ChrisMartzWX Sin Tax on Everyone in congress for every dollar they make over their base salary. Tax it at 70-80% until we stop them from making that extra money. 💪

@ItsKingSlime I think we need to impose a sin tax on members of congress and governors for every penny they make over their base salary while in public life. 80% sin tax until we find out where the fraud is taking place and shut it down. But go off on a porn star. 🤦‍♂️😅

Florida Governor candidate James Fishback got in a HEATED argument with Sophie Rain & left her SPEECHLESS after proposing a 50% Ø/F “Sin Tax” on Piers Morgan 😳💀 “What are you gonna tell your daughter in 10-15 years, when your images are all over the Internet and she’s gonna be bullied in middle school?”

@mcuban Agree x 1 million and 50. I work for a company currently that fleeces hospitals. To fix the problem I had to notice I was part of the problem. It's going to be fun. I'm going to be so loved when I do this. Hundreds of millions saved across the country with one simple thing.

Why aren’t any of these at risk hospitals publishing their full accounting so everyone can see where they spend their money ? All but one group of hospitals that I have looked at potentially investing in, spend so much on consultants and fees that it’s no wonder they are at risk Plus, I have NEVER seen an industry that is worse than hospitals when it comes to buying medications and items like implants, screws, other devices. They overpay for everything. And then when you show them how to save money, their “supply chain” employees resist any change. They are so set in their ways, it’s a shock more don’t go out of business. Prove me wrong.

More than 400 hospitals across the U.S. are at high risk of closing or cutting services because of the Medicaid cuts in President Trump’s “big, beautiful bill,” according to an analysis from the progressive watchdog group Public Citizen. nbcnews.com/health/health-…

@HeathVeuleman GPOs are the deep state of healthcare. They are in bed with the C Suite and Vendors. It's gross.

Does anyone else notice a pattern? We’ve gone after pharma. We’ve gone after payers. We’ve gone after physicians. We’ve gone after DME. We’ve gone after long term care. We’ve gone after medical schools. But why don’t we go where 49% of the NHE is spent? Are we just going to skip past hospitals and health systems? It’s blowing my mind.

CMS has introduced a new proposed rule to crack down on hospice fraud to protect Americans on Medicare. These new proposed measures will increase Medicare payment transparency, hold bad actors accountable, and help ensure beneficiaries receive the compassionate, high-quality hospice care they deserve—not exploitation. Because Medicare dollars should support patients, not fraudsters. cms.gov/newsroom/press…

@mcuban Physician owned places are also dumps. I wouldn't trust Physicians either. 9.9/10 should be shut down for being TERRIBLE safety wise.

Most hospitals don't know their costs. Things I've asked for that made them roll their eyes : A BOM for surgeries P&L for each insurance carrier P&L for Medicaid or Medicare business Why do they need consultants for everything. Why doesn't their CSuite know how to do any of it Why do they use GPOs when prices are insane Why do they work with carriers that underpay, late pay, deny everything, waste docs time with denial committees run by 97 yr old pediatricians. Why do they make no effort to sell direct to employers (excluding those on costpluswellness.com to avoid all the carrier abuse , and avoid being sub prime lenders for patient OOP Why do they abuse 340b Why do facilities fees exist Why do they abuse site neutrality Why do they abuse patients with charge master based bills Why do they not push for standard contract templates to reduce admin. Why do they accept so many different ins plans Anyone want to add more And for context, remember I think the biggest insurance companies are worse
Vexity@xVexity

@mcuban Because reimbursement is often set below cost. Medicare—especially Medicaid—pay fixed rates that frequently don’t cover staffing, infrastructure, and 24/7 care. Hospitals can’t refuse those patients so the gap gets made up elsewhere.

@Cernovich GPOs and Vendors are fleecing hospitals. Meanwhile the hospitals have never held them accountable. There is one gal that worked with a vendor to create something. Oddly she now uses that vendor. 😂 CFOs need to be accountable.

@mcuban @real_doc_speaks Yes. This and there are better modalities than using outsourced labor for hospitals to their friends. Hire direct. Hospitals are throwing money in the toilet to money to their buddy GPOs and large corps that do terrible work.

Because the GPOs share costs with the C-suite, they pass on the higher costs to customers. You and I would fire the GPO and negotiate the prices ourselves, and demand discounts and not rebates!

@mcuban Every hospital in the US will use my idea. It will increase jobs for trade labor and provide classes for colleges to offer PLUS great pay. I have half a mil of my own money and a team to go. Just need to do it but these large corporations and GPOs are going to not be happy.
