Started working out almost after 10 years, wow this is soooooooo difficult! I've been enjoying it though, even after my first week, I felt more energized and overall much happier. Would recommend!

Dumped some expired food in a river so mutt wouldn’t get it, encountered a beautiful enchanting dancing bowl! You can hear my delight as it grows until my microphone can’t take it anymore 🙂‍↕️
