Worked legs today, after the main leg workout I decided to deadlift for the 2nd time ever, hit 405 at 160lbs! Gotta start somewhere 💪

Late post, but I got 2nd in the KU relays for shot with a PR throw of 57-8 I want to thank GOD, family, friends, and coaches.

Congrats to @JamaleWilliams3 on earning two second place finishes at KU Relays. Also he now owns both the shot. 57’3.5”, and discus 191’10” Lansing High School records!

This was a big day for me, All glory to god. I went from throwing a 165 to a 191’10. Thank you to my family, friends, and @RickPollardFB for all the support.
