@hotwheelsjack @LUDENClassics It’s a (badly) face lifted L322. It’s in the companies website

@LUDENClassics I wonder what this thing started out as. Those are NOT range rover proportions

@KateFantom Diesels are just not worth the effort, the emissions crap is a constant headache, as well as oil dilution. Traded my SDV8 for the P400e hybrid and not looked back.

Here’s another reason why I prefer my MG5 and I know this is JLR kit and it’s absolutely shite, but still, how do people afford to run these.
I’ve just fixed my mates Evoque. What an utter piece of sh1t design this is. The part alone was over £400 from LR.
Add that to his £80 of diesel for 300 miles and I wonder wtf is going on in his head.
If you’ve done an EGR cooler on one of these you’ll understand.
And you wonder why nobody is buying them.

On this day 6 years ago I tweeted this. We were all locked down not knowing how Covid would affect us or when it would end. I still have the V12 XJR-S but these days it isn’t quite as economical.

People think Jag V12’s are uneconomical, but I’m currently getting 3 weeks to the gallon.

The absolute hubris of the BBC writing a pious article about 'what Jonathan the tortoise teaches us about fake news' when it is the very outlet which published the fake news, which is not mentioned in the piece.

@tom550993 Oh and the driving position was Italian - much better with the trendlines
English

@tom550993 I had a 182 FF and it’s to this day one of the best cars I’ve ever driven. Defied physics for something FWD, unexciting engine, questionable reliability, terribly build quality (steering wheel melted) have another in a heartbeat! But do love the 5

@LUDENClassics Saw this in the metal local to me and heard it (unfortunately) beyond shocked it passed an MoT more than anything

I quite like the contrast between the "good bit" and the "crap bit"

Pulp Librarian@PulpLibrarian
Babylon Zoo: Spaceman (1996). Originally used for a Levi's jeans ad in 1995 after a rare demo version was played on a Manchester radio station - that's how we rolled in the '90s! This was the only real hit for the Wolverhampton indie rockers when it was released the following year. Top 10 across all of Europe, No 1 in the UK, France and Germany, and then they faded away...
