❗Thousands in our communities will be shut out of UK citizenship forever.
New gov't guidance means anyone who comes to the UK via a “dangerous journey”, often the only option for those fleeing war, can never become a British citizen.
This must be reversed.

⏲️ Only 5 days left to register to vote ahead of the #GeneralElection4thJuly.
All voters will need Voter ID. If you don't have a valid form of photo ID you must apply for a Voter Authority Certificate by 26th June.
And remember - Commonwealth citizens may be eligible to vote!

Fascinating new research from @UCLPolicyLab and @Moreincommon_ . On what would make people hopeful, it's stark to see 'local people having more of a say over what happens to their communities', ranked higher than issues that have dominated the campaign so far, like immigration.
