@SW_Help Thanks for checking but what would they actually do? I know this information is wrong, and you’re stating it’s correct? What’s to say your systems aren’t mistaken? As I remember checking the board when I left the station it wasn’t 17:11!?

@SW_Help Oh I 100% did, I claimed the right amount of time but was still told it was unsuccessful due to the delay time which wasn’t correct. But I KNOW it was later than stated on the image attached.

@SW_Help I submitted a claim for a late running train. Due to arrive at 17:01 Bournemouth, I was unsuccessful due to you lying about what time the train actually arrived. I Didn’t realise you did this so will now record every late train signage I can from Now on! #DelayDontRepay

@Ryanair delayed at the airport for 5+ hours at #Bournemouthairport and 1:45hr sat on the plane. You expect people to be able to last this amount of time on a £6.00 meal voucher 🤣 that isn’t actually working… can’t wait to put a claim through for this madness!

@SW_Help I paid for a taxi at 17:44 and it’s an 8-10 minute journey to my house. I got straight into a taxi after departing the station. So where did 25+ minutes go if the train arrived at 17:11?

@JamesB_Photo you need to be delayed by at least 15 minutes arriving at your destination. Please ensure you have the date and time correct on the claim, just in case you are correct and we haven't checked the correct service. ^LB 2/2

@SW_Help Thursday 03 April. Leaving London Waterloo at 15:05 arriving at Bournemouth around 17:30 your delay repay system said it was only 10 minutes late which is an absolute lie as I paid for a taxi at 17:44 and it’s an 8-10 minute journey home.

@nxcare Why when I try to book a ticket no matter what card I use it still tells me that the payment didnt go through? Do you have issues currently with your systems? (booking for the 27th of December) ????

When can we expect a new system that utilises some sort of AF Focus Beam for taking photos in the dark @NikonEurope I know alot of manufacturers are in the see boat, but honestly trying to shoot reliably in the dark with flash is just not a thing!
