@AerLingus We flew with you on 24/6/25 with our 3 young kids. We left our buggy at the plane entrance,but it never arrived. We filed lost luggage forms & submitted a complaint(Case #01812958).advised last week we would have contact but nothing yet. Can you help with this please?
