I’m sorry I couldn’t properly lead to this beautiful tribute the @CollegeGameDay put together. Really wanted to thank all of you for the avalanche of love and support you’ve shown Ben. It gives me and my family such comfort knowing how he impacted so many peoples lives around the country. He was a beautiful and loving soul.

With control of the White House, the Senate, the House, and most of the State governments, can we finally quit changing the damn clocks twice a year?

On days like today, I really wish we still had JibJab around.

I’ve had so many people asking me about Ben that I wanted to let you know-Ben had a 2nd chemo injection on October 23rd and from that day has been getting worse and worse. He has lost use of his back legs-almost like they’re paralyzed. He can barely walk. He hasn’t eaten in 3 days. I’m currently in Pennsylvania with a holistic Dr who is administering a 3 day Vitamin C IV hoping it will flush the toxics from his body and give him a chance. The next 24-48 hours will tell us if he has a chance or not. I’m so thankful for ALL the love so many have shown him over the last couple years. One of the hardest things I’ve gone through in my life. Ben is my best friend and companion. I love him with all of my heart. If you’re a spiritual person I’d love for you to pray for my boy. 🙏🏼 He’s currently in an ER hospital overnight and I’m picking him up tomorrow for another round of Vitamin C. Please pray for Ben and hope he pulls out of it.

Christians, if it has not been part of your normal practice in the past, take time today to commit to praying regularly for our next President BEFORE the emotions of this week engulf the nation. No matter the outcome God’s sovereignty reigns. No matter who wins we are commanded to pray for those in positions of authority and leadership. Our duty in this regard is not dependent upon our support for Trump or Harris. It is an act of obedience to the God we serve.

@BrodySmoot @malachi_moore13 @akaPMoe Well said. I think he is a great example of stay committed to a goal. He could have left but he helped the team transition from Saban to DeBoer. He owned his mistake but also taught new players that losing to Vanderbilt is not acceptable.

When people were throwing dirt on Malachi Moore’s name and slandering him as much as possible, they were missing one vital piece of information about that young man. For one, he is a fifth year starter at Alabama. He knows the standard and expects perfection from himself and his teammates. Secondly, Moore could have gone pro and easily been a Day 1 or Day 2 pick. However, he chose to use his COVID year and return to Alabama. Yes, Alabama means a lot to him but so does his younger brother Ayden. Moore came back so he could suit up with Ayden. To truly demonstrate Moore’s character, I want everyone to know that he is paying for his younger brother’s tuition. He is using his NIL money to pay for his brother’s tuition so that he could team up with his younger brother one last time. Now that’s special!! The definition of a leader, a hard worker, and someone that wears the script “A” with pride. You raised a fine young man @akaPMoe! Roll Tide 🐘

@akaPMoe Also, your son is a great example of how he stayed for a coach he did. It know. He is an outstanding team member and I believe he was viscerated for being upset losing to Vanderbilt. He reinforced that new players should know that Alabama does not lose to Vanderbilt

I think I need to take this time to focus on what I can do to be a positive change and not a negative combatant. I know we are not as divided as the media and politicians think we are right now. We are better than what we put out there to cause negativity.

I have made a decision that before the end of 2024, I will not come back to X. I thought it was a great platform for me when I joined 10 years ago. However, the platform changed and now it is used to insult people and any person to be a subject on everything
