How they have managed to 'lose' a parcel of a fully assembled bike is beyond me. Utterly incompetent company

Finally got my delivery from @dhlexpressuk “only” 7 days after the scheduled delivery date! And only after contacting the source of the goods, @pollysbrewco earlier in the week to help. Absolute shambles of a service from @dhlexpressuk a supposedly premium logistics company.

@dhlexpressuk @TredzBikes Now @DHLGlobal can't even be arsed being incompetent which they excel at, they have moved straight on to just making stuff up. Thought would take some doing to be worse than Evri, but DHL rose to the challenge and then some.

Day 4 of 4, waiting at home for @dhlexpressuk to do the only thing they exist for - delivering a parcel. After radio silence they have now decided to inform me they don't have a van big enough to fit a bicycle in. @TredzBikes have also not covered themselves in glory here

@dhlexpressuk DHL Ecommerce UK. As a customer waiting for a delivery - the distinction between them matters little to me. It's coming via DHL, and it's turning into a farce. A logistics company not having a big enough van for a packaged up bicycle is ridiculous.

@robhawkes @FlintshireCC Yes, it chaos out there today. Civilisation is breaking down in front of us, we have brown bins, black bins, no bins out at various houses, no one has a clue. I've now realised I don't know who that one neighbour everyone is supposed to copy is 😂

@JamesFarley @FlintshireCC I'm guessing you're on the 3 week cycle too? It's so confusing and ends up creating so much mess on the roads when it clashes with the garden waste bins.

Can you sort out this most basic of service @FlintshireCC - if you're going to cut refuse collection to bare minimum, and massively hike up council tax, least you can do is tell us which bins go out on which day, no?
