In this era of YouTube tutorials I think most producers who self-master are using crazy elaborate chains with 6 plugins… Our Duck Sauce songs are self-mastered but sooo simple and dumb. I’ve tried the geeky shit and it just doesn’t work for our sound. We just use our ears, idk.
