Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality. There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it! I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America. OpenAI was founded to benefit all of humanity.

Opus 4.7 is a much more thorough and precise model. It does use more thinking tokens, and our new tokenizer can also create more tokens (up to 1.35x for the same input content). To offset this, we've increased Opus 4.7 rate limits accordingly on our subscription plans. Enjoy!

Natural rights are real, but they don’t magically mean a court loses jurisdiction just because you say so. That’s not how any legal system works, especially not here where the alleged crime happened. The sovereign citizen label isn’t some CIA invention. It’s what courts call people pushing pseudolegal nonsense that has never worked in any real case. Guys like this get swindled into buying scam packets full of garbage, then wonder why the judge shuts it down and appoints a lawyer. Standing up for yourself is one thing. Rejecting basic reality and procedure just makes things worse for you. Good on the judge for handling it quick. Cheering this stuff on doesn’t make you special or enlightened.
