It is amusing and sad that a former Secretary of State would use the word autocratic without understanding its definition. Obviously someone that can be resoundingly voted out of office doesn’t have absolute power, the definition of an autocratic leader.

@Genetics56 No, the biggest reason is the major universities would never want to revenue share their television deals with college athletes. Doing so as par for the course for the other major sports like the NFL, MLB, and NBA.

Javier Assad is an extremely valuable swingman and plug-in starter for the @Cubs. It’s weird that they value Colin Rea enough to pay him good money and keep him with the big club but always option Assad to the minor leagues until they need him.

Because it was intentional by UConn to drain the clock every time they had the ball and they stayed near the halfcourt like (way past the 3 pt line) every time. If MI had made 3 pt'ers in the first half it would have been a 15+ pt MI win.

@RonDeSantis I was so frustrated when the Tampa Bay Rays had a chance to draft Buster and instead took Tim Beckham. Anyone who saw Buster play at FSU knew was as close to sure thing prospect at catcher as you will find. Plus the Rays would have had a Florida collegiate star.
