@VirginAtlantic how do I retrieve ticket number info from a recent flight? I’m trying to apply an upper class upgrade (made at the virgin gate) to my delta sky miles (this was a partner flight operated by virgin). Delta requires the ticket number but I no longer have access.

@VirginAtlantic I was issued a new paper ticket from virgin when I upgraded, no email was sent. Will that be the same ticket number as the original Delta ticket?
