Agent ISR- YES!! Nearly three-quarters of the patients had intravascular image guided ISR PCI….and the outcomes were very good. Now that’s progress! Let’s next hope for rapid FDA approval of Agent coupled with wide adoption of intravascular imaging for all ISR cases.

@VictorDayan1 @DavidLBrownMD Perfect example of vulnerable plaque. If these lesions had undergone intravascular imaging at baseline, they would likely have been severe with large plaque burden, and lipid rich, not appreciated by angiography.

50yo patient with NSTEMI. See below angiography 1 year before and actual. Evidently lesion progression is mainly on non stenotic segments. @DavidLBrownMD @GreggWStone.
