@JamesPAstudent Prehospital conversation: Do you have neck pain? No! Do you have neck pain? No! .....repeated en-route to ED Consultant- ‘do you have neck pain? Patient- yes! It really hurts and I can’t move! D’oh!

When you go take a comprehensive history from a patient, present to the consultant, then consultant speaks with the patient. Only to find they give a totally different history 🤦
