Penticton UPCC opened in March 2021. Mar to Dec 2021, the leaked gov't dashboard shows 3,200 visits. It is open 6 days a week. Works out to 44 patients a day. Currently 14, FOURTEEN, FTE clinical health-care professionals work there. Comparison: I see 25-30 people in a day.

There is a significant shortage of Doctors in Summerland and Peachland and limited public transit options available. People have no choice but to drive for their medical needs. This NDP government needs to govern for all of B.C. and not just Vancouver Island & the lower mainland.
