@Danuals I mixed it both ways for a good few minutes with the mixer at the bottom as well, so I think I’ve done enough.

@Jameskendall29 Did you give it a real good whisk up? Some gear will settle all the pigment at the bottom.

Tried Ronseal Fence Life Plus+… what’s going on?! That’s one heavy coat on a fence and it’s still translucent 😳 first fence has taken 9 coats for proper coverage. Definitely not what I expected from a “paint.” #DIY #fencing #souldestroying #screwfix

@christianlmiles No we used Ronseal last time approximately 2 years ago & have always used the water based because I normally use a sprayer.. it’s tuff going @christianmiles

@Jameskendall29 That fence panel looks like it’s been previously painted? Possibly (probably) with an oil based product…. If so Ronseal being water based will have a hard time bonding
