I’m in a hospital waiting room with my 89 year old father in law. Several of the people here clearly have dementia. The @alzheimerssoc ad comes on telling them and the family members with them that they have died, died and died again. 😡

Agghh! 🤭🤯Half a cup of coffee all over my shirt and suit trousers means my #NHSConfedExpo24 has shifted to a cafe bathroom to get changed into much more casual clothes. The chap who crashed into me barely even noticed (I guess that's because he isn't covered in coffee🤪)

An intense day 1 of #NHSConfedExpo - lovely to see lots of people usually on my time line irl,and some faces I had not seen for many years. My day ended with a quiet M62 drenched in golden hour sunshine, and a healthy Italian V8 exploring the top of its rev range. Absolute bliss!
