Hello again Twitter folk. Pleased to say I survived my first #LondonMarathon despite the ridiculous heat. The second half was brutal. The muscles are sore but the spirit is humbled by everyone’s generosity-between myself&a colleague we raised over£8k for @MedicalAidPal 🖤💚🤍❤️✊🏽

Interesting couple of days at the NHS Providers annual conference #NHSP24 - lots to unpack on the two keynotes but the bits that resonated most for me were about creating and sustaining cultures for improvement. I think we will need a fair bit of that in the coming years!

Back to Blighty and back to the routine. Managed to sneak in a quick run immediately after dropping the monster off at school. Slightly different climate to Dubai! Just need to drop 10mins from my 5k time and then repeat it 8 times in a row- 6months left. Easy, right?! 🤣🤣🤣
