@IllinoisRivals The Final Four has been played in a football stadium since the late 1990s when it was at Tropicana Field, which is more like a football stadium than basketball stadium. Michigan shot 12-27 from 3 vs Arizona and UConn shot 36% from 3 vs Illinois (better than their season %).

No team shot the ball well in the cavernous Lucas Oil Stadium. Next two Final Four sites are Ford Field and Allegiant Stadium.

Another former Sycamore has landed in the NBA. Toronto Raptors announced they've signed Tyreke Key to a 10-day contract. The guard has averaged 14.9 points in 47 games this season in the G-League with the Raptors 905.

I don’t get why you’d include the Illini here. Illinois will be at worst a 3-seed, which means they’d play a 14 round 1. Their worst loss was Wisconsin, who will likely be at least a 7. They were also missing not 1, but 2 starters for that game — and they lost by 2 in OT. They have beaten Big 10 opponents by an average of 17 points, including tournament hopeful USC by 36 at their place. Their only 2 losses by more than 4 points were UConn and Michigan, who will both likely be 1-seeds. Kansas and ISU have been blown out by BAD teams, and Nebraska just lost to UCLA by 20. Illinois doesn’t belong on this list.

@CollegeHoopsTIk @TheMattXu Mara is good, no doubt, but I think the physicality of Morez helps Mara's game a great deal. Teams like Illinois are worried about the bruiser and Mara takes advantage. If only Illinois had a bruiser too...

Been saying this all year. The Ivisic twins are a nice wrinkle against lesser rosters. Their lack of toughness — and Illinois’ lack of bigs that can secure them an easy bucket in the paint — is an Achilles heel against the elite. Mirkovic is a dog though.

@Illinifan05 I haven't researched stats -- and revere so many of the Illini named -- but McCcamey is interesting because only was he good but he was built like a mf truck. That body in this lineup could be a game changer.

@Cardinals11in11 @katiejwoo I basically don't anymore. COVID was weird and then I was frustrated in '21 but then I found other things to do. Im in Indiana and started filling my summer by going to Fever games. Can't imagine this was their preferred outcome but it is what it is.

The Cardinals are financially prepared to hand their rights to MLB and will broadcast all 162 games next year regardless of their TV partner, a source said. MLB currently oversees the broadcasts of 6 teams (SD, ARI, CLE, COL, MIN, SEA), with the Nationals likely to join as well.

I think is legal in the NBA but wouldn't be at lower levels, that would say the left foot is the pivot.
